I use the keywords divorced, moving, must go, & husband in all my searches on whatever app. These are usually people who just want it gone and will let it go for cheap

This is how my husband and I got all of our lawn stuff after we bought our first house.

A woman was divorcing her husband and got all the lawn tools. She was also selling her house and was using the same realtor we did. The woman said she didn’t want any of “his shit” and asked the realtor if she knew anyone who needed it. The realtor knew we were moving into our first home and had none of that stuff, so she called us and said we could go to the woman’s house and take anything we wanted.

We got so much. Lawnmower, weed wacker, edger, blower, trimmers, rakes, etc. It was wonderful.
