    Some people should not drive at all the Jeep is nuts the old guy needs to turn in the keys due to age and the drunk got back in car too soon with drunks they need to wait 6-10 months after being released to make sure they have learned their lesson if not then hold the keys for longer or make them take Uber until they learn how to drive like a normal person

    What the point of saying “got’cha on dashcam”? Just go and file a report to police and say “how frightened” you were and received a psychological trauma. With such report (and a video recording of his wrong doings) he may be walking instead of driving.
