    At a Scandia park in my city they have a ride called the screamer. They actually banned screaming on it because of the neighbor complains.

    I’ve always wondered if it’s just me or is everyone else unable to breathe while on rollercoaster. On my first rollercoaster ride (also the last) I constantly felt like the wind is putting pressure on my throat and I just can’t inhale nor exhale. I was too focused on catching my breath the whole ride that I couldn’t thought of screaming. Luckily it was a short ride.

    Pretty sure this is false. A blogger recently went to Tokyo Disneyland and reviewed their covid preventative measures. There were no rules against screaming on rides….. People were definitely screaming. He was able to go on many rides because the lines were super short.

    I don’t scream on rollercoasters. Neither does my spouse. We once did a tandem bungie jump thing, and afterwards the staff told us they were afraid something horrible happened in the jump – like one of us biting their tongue or something – because neither of us screamed. We were both just quietly smiling through it.

    I just don’t understand the purpose of screaming. Just feels awkward.
